Montevideo Education Foundation

MEF is a non-profit public benefit corporation operated in affiliation with the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, thus maintaining the tax deductibility of all contributions made to MEF.  MEF is operated by the Board of Directors that includes Montevideo's Principal, a teacher and staff representative, a PTA and Site Council representative, and five elected parents/guardians of school children (see bylaws).  MEF's design, governance structure, and its mission assures that MEF will always be responsive to the needs of Montevideo Elementary School and allows for a broad spectrum of fundraising activities.

MEF Meetings

The MEF Board meetings are open to the public.  The meetings take place the second Thursday of the month at 4:00 pm in the school library with a few exceptions.
